Christy, as she likes to be called, is a native to Cobb County, born and raised in Marietta, Georgia.  After graduating from Mt. Paran Christian School, located in Cobb, she attended Kennesaw State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2006, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree.  While at Kennesaw State University, Christy served as President and Vice President of various honor clubs as well as an intern for the Georgia State Senate.

Christy attended Georgia State University College of Law graduating Cum Laude in 2009.  During her tenure at Georgia State, she was a member of the College of Law Moot Court team and served as an extern for Fulton County Superior Court.

After receiving her law degree in 2009, Christy began practicing family law, focusing on a variety of litigation matters including divorce, modification and child support, specifically in the metro-Atlanta area.  Christy also worked as in-house counsel for a multi-million dollar technology company where she became well versed in negotiation, settlement, legal document review and litigation.

Christy has served on many local not-for-profit boards including the Woodstock Junior Service League, Papa’s Pantry and the Pickett’s Mill Elementary School Foundation.  In her free time, Christy enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband, 2 children, 4 dogs and 10 chickens.

Kelly Moore

Parent Coordinator | Guardian ad Litem |
 Co-Parenting Educator

Kelly was born and raised just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She moved to Cobb County, Georgia in 2000 where she has since raised five children, three of her own plus two bonus children. Kelly’s passion has always been children and family. She is a graduate of Strayer University where she earned a degree in Business Administration, and later went on to study Psychology at the University of Arizona.

Kelly began her legal career as a litigation paralegal for a small family law firm. Since then, Kelly has transitioned into a child-centric position that involves attorney support, Parent Coordination, and Guardian ad litem work. Kelly became a Certified Professional Coach and Parent Instructor earlier this year so that she can better assist high conflict parents in her Parent Coordination cases.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys volunteer work and spending time with her family and dog, Gracie. Kelly has served as a volunteer cheerleading coach and as president of her homeowner’s association. When she is not busy, you can find her relaxing at one of the many Marietta eating establishments or just playing board games with her family.

Kelly’s passion for children and helping families evolve is what drives her success at Tori White Legal Group. If you ever find her “missing”, just look in the conference room where she is likely coloring pictures or building legos with our work kiddos!
