Owner/Principal Attorney
If the outcome of your case were entirely known, there would be no need for a trial. The value in that reality is this: families have the opportunity to shape their own outcomes—intentionally, privately, and with far greater control—rather than placing deeply personal decisions in the hands of a court.
Every family presents a unique dynamic, and the path to resolution is not one-size-fits-all. Through alternative dispute resolution, I work closely with clients to develop a tailored strategy that aligns with their priorities, preserves resources, and protects long-term family relationships. Whether through mediation or arbitration, the goal is not simply to resolve conflict, but to reach thoughtful, forward-looking solutions grounded in clarity and purpose. There is no investment more significant than the one you make in your family—and no one better positioned to guide those decisions than you.
As a registered neutral in Georgia focusing exclusively on domestic matters, I assist individuals and families in navigating conflict with discretion, structure, and efficiency. In mediation, I guide parties through productive negotiations and assist in crafting clear, durable agreements. In arbitration, I provide a reasoned, decisive resolution when a more formal determination is necessary—always with careful consideration of each party’s position and the broader family context.
When litigation cannot be avoided, I bring the same level of strategy, preparation, and measured advocacy to the courtroom. My practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, property division, parenting plans, child support, legitimation, and domestic violence matters. Even within an adversarial process, my focus remains disciplined and intentional—protecting my client’s interests while maintaining a clear, child-centered perspective.
In addition, I serve as both a court-appointed and privately retained Guardian ad Litem, advocating for the best interests of children in complex custody matters. I am also a certified parent coordinator, working with high-conflict families to create structure, reduce ongoing litigation, and reorient decision-making toward what matters most: the well-being of their children and the stability of their future.
At the core of my practice is a commitment to discretion, integrity, and thoughtful advocacy—delivering exceptional legal guidance while preserving the dignity of the families I serve.
